Some men are not able to come back after an affair that appeared to be strong and others barely survive. In the next post, I will share some of my ideas.

There are many things that don't go as they seem. It's unlikely that the "perfect" couple is actually there. It's impossible to be perfect all the times. It's not always the case that appearances are real. A couple may not look perfect or fight, but there is honesty and investment. Couples might not appear to fight and appear flawless but it's because they aren't addressing or address the important problems which could cost them their marriage.

The Couple Grows Further and further apart during the Actual Separation: I am aware that I may sound like a broken record talking about the importance of having a regular communication plan during an unplanned separation or divorce. Based on my personal experience, I'm aware that it is essential. Couples lose touch over time and drift from one another. You're trying to reach them or communicate. It's true. Then, as you look around, you notice that so many years have gone by since the last phone call. So you worry about being awkward. It just keeps getting more difficult.

While the couple appears to be in an discordant relationship in the beginning however, it becomes clear that they're no longer mutually compatible. They end up giving up. A lot of people get divorced in hopes of "shaking up their marriage" or "scaring their spouse into making changes. The idea is that no one will pretend to be fine no longer. It is no longer acceptable. It becomes clear once you have separated that you have to change things or your marriage could come to an end. It's possible to make good decisions. But it isn't easy to change things in a real way. It can sometimes require assistance from outside. Some people are not able or will to get it done. Some spouses simply do not have the patience wait and see it occur. They are frustrated and believe that regardless of how long they wait, nothing will change for them. It is a waste to wait around.
